The Scott Craven Mentoring Fund works hard every day to change the lives of children who will benefit from the support, guidance and friendship of an added adult influence. But their online presence couldn't match the passion in the organization's team members.
Non Profits are typically understaffed and underfunded and have little time to devote to marketing so they needed a site that was simple and quick to manage.
SCMF needed a website that could announce their yearly events through an Eventbrite integration.
They also needed to accept donations through their paypal account.
All Ears met with the key stakeholders of the organization and reviewed their long term goals and short term priorities. What was immediately necessary was a site built on a CMS so that their internal team could manage the site without having to pay external vendors for every minor change.
They also wanted to be able to accept online donations through their Paypal Donations account. This would help expand their ability to fund raise throughout the year. And SCMF holds a yearly fundraising event that they needed to be able to promote year over year. They were managing the logistics of the event through eventbrite so they needed a site that could integrate well with their existing workflow.
We integrated Eventbrite, MailChimp, and PayPal to allow the SCMF organization team memebers to organize events, manage their list of supporters, and accept donations.
To execute on SCMF's goals, All Ears crafted a modern responsive Wordpress theme which gave their team an easy to use site that met all of their online outreach requirements. Utilizing off the shelf plugins and 3rd party site integrations allowed them to get sophisticated functionality at a fraction of the time and cost.
— Julie Haralambous, Scott Craven Mentoring FundThis project was tough for us as an organization that was just starting out and with it being such a personal matter for the team. All Ears did a wonderful job of guiding us through the process of helping to choose layout, design and content.
